8 slices Sourdough bread
2 Tbsp. Butter
3/4 lb.Turkey breast, thinly sliced
8 slices Gouda, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Peach Preserves
Heat a large non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium high heat. Spread 1 - 2 tablespoons of Hot Pepper Peach Preserves on each slice of bread. Divide turkey and cheese between four slices. Top sandwiches with remaining bread. Brush sandwiches lightly with softened butter. Place sandwiches in preheated skillet or grill pan. Toast sandwiches until golden and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Use a cast iron skillet or heavy pan to weigh down sandwiches while grilling. Let rest 2-3 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 4 sandwiches.
