Fresh and light mahi mahi tacos loaded with veggies and our sweet & spicy Peach Mango Habanero Sauce. Serve with an ice cold margarita and enjoy!
3 Mahi Mahi fillets
1/3 cup Red onions, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Red bell peppers, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Peach Mango Habanero Sauce
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
1/3 cup Red cabbage
1 Avocado, sliced
6 Tortilla shells
InstructionsGrill fish to desired doneness. While fish is cooking, stir together onions, peppers, and Peach Mango Habanero Sauce. Whisk sriracha sauce into sour cream, then stir in cabbage. Slice avocado. Toast tortilla shells. Shred fish after it is cooked. Assemble tacos with fish, spread mixture, cabbage mixture, and avocados, as desired.
