Sweet and spicy chicken tenders grilled to perfection. Enjoy as an appetizer, atop a green salad or as a main course.
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip or Sauce
1/2 lb. Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into strips
Salt & pepper to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine with 2 tablespoons Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip or Sauce. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers in an “S” like shape. Grill or broil chicken for 5 - 7 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Before serving brush again with a small amount of reserved dip. Serve on a platter with additional Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip for dipping.
