You are going to love these jazzed up sweet potatoes fries. Our avocado dipping sauce has a secret ingredient (our Chili Lime Sauce!) that gives it loads of spicy citrus flavor!

20 oz. Frozen sweet potato fries
1 Avocado, skin and seed removed
4 Tbsp. Sour cream
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chili Lime Sauce
1/2 Lime, juiced
1 - 2 Tbsp. Water or milk
Salt to taste
Bake sweet potato fries according to package instructions.
While the fries are baking, combine remaining ingredients, except for water or milk, into a food processor and puree until creamy. Mix in 1 - 2 tablespoons of water or milk until desired consistency is reached. Place sauce into a small bowl and serve with fries.
