Sticky Sesame Wings


These sweet and sticky Asian -inspired chicken wings make a great appetizer for parties and game days. Enjoy them for dinner with your favorite side dishes. 



Vegetable oil              
1 lg. clove Garlic, minced           
3/4 tsp. Salt     
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Honey Sesame Sauce
Pinch of cayenne
3 lbs. Chicken wings
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1 Scallion (green part only), chopped



Put oven rack in upper third of oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil and lightly oil the foil.

Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt using a large heavy knife. Transfer garlic paste to a large bowl and stir in Robert Rothschild Farm Honey Sesame Sauce and cayenne. Add wings to sauce, stirring to coat.

Arrange wings in 1 layer in baking pan and roast, turning once, until cooked through, about 35 minutes. Transfer wings to a large serving bowl and toss with sesame seeds and scallions.
