Smoked Turkey Melt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
8 slices Sandwich bread
Tomato, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
8 slices Bacon, cooked
1 lb. Turkey breast, sliced
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Raspberry Chipotle Sauce.
On four slices of bread, spread a layer of chipotle mayonnaise.
Top each with lettuce, tomato, cheddar and bacon.
Divide turkey evenly and layer on top.
Top with remaining bread slices.
Place on a pre-heated Panini grill or in a skillet with melted butter to cook sandwich.
Cook until the outside is toasted and the cheese is melted.
