Ingredients

3 lbs. Boneless pork loin roast
1 Onion, diced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip
1 recipe Slow Candied Bacon, prepared and crumbled
Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro and
Tortillas - for assembling tacos

 

Instructions

In a six quart slow cooker, pork loin roast, onion and garlic. Pour 1 cup of Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip over pork. Cook on LOW 8 - 10 hours or HIGH 4 - 6 hours. Shred with forks into bite sized pieces. Stir in remaining Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip. To assemble tacos, layer shredded lettuce, pork, candied bacon, cheese, tomatoes and cilantro into a corn or flour tortilla. Top with additional Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip, if desired.
