Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Chicken Salad

A super quick chicken salad that be prepared in time and enjoyed as a sandwich, with crackers or over salad greens.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
3 1/2 cups Chicken, diced rotisserie or 3 cans chicken/salmon, drained
1 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Pineapple, cubed

2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce
1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Serve on a croissant, sandwich bread or warm pita bread.
Top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
