Decadent raspberry Oreo truffles coated in a silky chocolate shell. With only four ingredients these truffles are easy to prepare and make an impressive dessert.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, softened 36 OREO cookies
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves
16 oz. Chocolate candy coating
Finely crush Oreo cookies in a food processor. In a large bowl, mix crushed cookies, cream cheese, and preserves until well blended. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze for 10 minutes or until dough is easy to handle. Melt chocolate coating according to package instructions. Dip the balls in chocolate and place on a wax paper covered baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
