Delicious homemade peanut butter cups filled with our sweet Raspberry Amaretto Preserves. You will love these bite size PB&J treats. Make a batch to give as a house warming, holiday, or thank you gift!

1/2 cup Refined coconut oil
2/3 cup Peanut powder
2 tsp. Powdered sugar (optional)
10 tsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Amaretto Preserves
Mini cupcake liners
Melt coconut oil in microwave. Once melted, stir in peanut powder and powdered sugar.
Arrange 10 mini cupcake liners on a large plate. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon of the peanut mixture into each liner. Place in freezer for 5 minutes or until set.
Remove from freezer and add 1/2 teaspoon of Raspberry Amaretto Preserves to each cup. Spread preserves in the center of the cup, but try to keep preserves from touching the edges of the cup. Top each with 1/2 tablespoon of the remaining peanut mixture. Place in freezer for at least 10 minutes to set. Store in refrigerator or freezer to prevent peanut butter cups from melting.
