Ingredients
2 (8 oz. pkg.) Cream cheese (softened)
2 tsp. Pure vanilla or vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar

2/3 - 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Amaretto Spread
1 Graham cracker crust or 4 mini graham crusts
Raspberries for garnish
Directions
With hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, Raspberry Amaretto Preserves, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
Fill the pie crust or mini crusts and decorate with fresh raspberries, or fruit of your choice.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve right out of the freezer.
