Ingredients3– 4 large Sweet potatoes, cut into chunks
1/4 cup Olive oil
2/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients until sweet potatoes are well coated. Place sweet potatoes on a foil-lined sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until tender, about 40 minutes.
