Lemon Dill Chicken Salad Sandwiches

These Lemon Dill Chicken Salad Sandwiches will quickly become one of your favorites. These sandwiches are packed with flavor, and very easy to make! Great for your next Easter brunch, or a simple weeknight meal.
1 Rotisserie Chicken
4 Stalks Celery, Diced
1 Jar Robert Rothschild Farm Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce (no longer available)
1 Head Leaf Lettuce
8 Slices Bread, White or Wheat
Remove the chicken meat from bones and dice.
In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, and Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce.
Place about 1/4 of the mixture on a piece of bread, followed by lettuce, and top with remaining bread. Enjoy!
