4 slices Sourdough bread
8 oz. Turkey
4 slices Brie cheese
1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves
1 Tbsp. Butter
On two slices of sourdough bread: layer brie cheese, chopped walnuts, turkey, and Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves. Top with remaining two slices of bread. Lightly press together. Melt half the butter in skillet over low heat. Grill until golden on one side, turn, add remaining butter and continue cooking until sandwich is warmed throughout and golden on both sides.
Optional: Try pairing your sandwich with a loaded baked sweet potato or even a simple side of chips!
