Cool creamy guacamole gets a jolt of sweet heat from our Hatch Chile Jalalpeño Jam serve with tortilla chips for a snack or appetizer, spread on sandwiches, add to green salads, or use as a topping for tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and quesadillas.

Ingredients
3 Avocados, pitted and peeled
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
-
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Chile Jalapeño Spread
Juice of 1/4 lime
1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
Mash avocados to desired consistency.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
