Sweet and juicy peaches are lightly grilled caramelizing their natural sweetness that gets enhanced with a drizzle of Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves and a dollop of whipped cream. This fruity dessert is perfect for summertime.
4 ripe Peaches
1 - 2 cups each Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves
1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
Slice peaches in half, twist and remove pit from inside. Grill on a preheated grill sliced side down for 2 - 3 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until heated and tender. Remove from grill, place in a decorative bowl and surround with raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Heat Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves until warm and drizzle over fruit. Garnish with walnuts, whipped cream and powdered sugar if desired.
