Garlic & Fig Grilled Cheese
Savory Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread is used to create a delicious grilled cheese when paired with spinach and provolone between thick slices of focaccia bread.
2 slices Focaccia bread
2 - 3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread
2 slices Provolone cheese
1/2 cup Baby spinach leaves
Unsalted butter, softened
For Each Sandwich
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
On the opposite side, spread with Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread.
Layer with cheese and spinach.
Top sandwich, butter sides out.
Pre-heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill until golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside. Slice and serve.
