This four cheese (monterey jack, goat, asiago, parmesan) cheesy baked crab dip recipe is spicy and savory. It is loaded crab meat, cheese, and Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Chile Pepper Dip. Serve it hot out of the oven with toasted French bread slices (recommended), tortilla chips, crackers, pita chips, or vegetables. This dip will surely have you coming back for more!

- 1 lb. Crab meat,
- 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Chile Pepper Dip,
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated,
- 2 Tbsp. Goat cheese,
- 1/4 cup Asiago cheese, grated,
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced,
- 1/4 Red onion, minced,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- Pepper to taste,
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated,
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced and toasted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, Hatch Chile Pepper Dip, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, lemon juice and pepper. Place mixture into an ovenproof dish that will work for serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in the oven. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve with toasted French bread slices.
