Crab Rolls with Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard


A delicious crab roll with a sweet kick of Raspberry Wasabi Mustard will excite your tastebuds!

1 1/2 lb. Fresh Lump Crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sweet Onion, minced
1 Tbsp. Raspberry Wasabi Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Green Onion, minced
1 Tbsp. Radish, minced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, minced
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Salt
10 Nori Japanese
Seaweed Sheets
1/2 cup Sushi Rice, cooked
1 small Cucumber, julienne cut
1 Avocado, thinly sliced



Combine all filling ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Place 1 nori sheet on a dry work surface with a short end toward you. Using moistened fingers, place about 2 teaspoons of rice along the short edge farthest from you. Place four small pieces of cucumber on the bottom third of wrapper. Spread 1/3 cup crabmeat mixture on top of cucumber. Top with 4 slices of avocado. Starting with short edge closest to you, fold wrapper over filling. Roll toward top edge of wrapper (toward the rice), pressing firmly. (The rice will keep the roll closed). Lay roll seamside down, and repeat with remaining ingredients. *Remember to roll tightly, but not enough to break the nori sheet. Cut each roll into five pieces and place on a serving platter. Serve with additional Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard and Soy Sauce.
