Ingredients1 lb. Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 cup Whipped topping
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Dark Chocolate Dessert Topping
4 cups Mixed berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Press cookie dough out onto a parchment paper lined 12 inch round pizza pan. Bake at 350° F for 15 - 20 minutes until done. Allow to cool completely.
Microwave the Dark Chocolate Sauce for about 30 seconds. Take 1/2 cup and fold into whipped topping. Spread evenly on the fully cooled cookie pizza. Top with berries, and drizzle remaining chocolate sauce over the top. Slice and serve.
