15 oz. can Black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Frozen corn
1/4 cup Red onion, minced
2 tsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Chili Lime Sauce
1 tsp. Lime juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
In a medium bowl, gently stir all ingredients together until combined. Serve with Honey Lime Shrimp Skewers and Cilantro Chili Lime Rice for a tasty dinner. Or pair with tortilla chips for an easy appetizer.
