Chili Cheese Hoagies

Try our easy to make Chili Cheese Hoagies with Roasted Red Pepper and Onion that even the kids will love!
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 cup large Onion, chopped
1 cup small Green Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Sauce
8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 Hoagie Buns, split
In a large pan, cook ground beef with chili powder, black pepper, salt, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, using a spatula or wooden spoon to break up the meat as it cooks.
Stir in Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Sauce.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
To serve, fill buns with meat mixture, monterey jack cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Pair this meal with sweet potato fries or your favorite side dish!
