Blueberry Lemon Ginger Apple Crisp

 4                     Granny Smith apples
1 jar                 Blueberry   Lemon Ginger Dip
1 - 2 Tbsp.       Cornstarch                                         
3/4 cup            Brown sugar                                       
1/2 cup            All-purpose flour                                             
1/2 cup            Oats                                       
1 tsp.               Cinnamon                                           
1/2 tsp.            Nutmeg                                              
5 Tbsp.            Cold butter     

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel, core and slice the apples. In a large bowl, mix well with Blueberry Lemon Ginger Dip and cornstarch. Pour into a 9x9-inch pan. Mix remaining dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, then cut in butter with a pastry blender. Cut until crumbly.Sprinkle mixture over fruit, and bake for 30 - 35 minutes, until top is browned and slightly bubbly. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
