This beefy cheese dip is great for a tailgate or football party!
1 lb. Beef, ground
1 lb. Sausage, ground
1 bunch Green onions, chopped
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa
2 lbs. Processed cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, brown beef and sausage. Drain excess fat. In another large skillet, mix green onions, Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa and processed cheese over a low heat. Continue stirring until cheese melts. Add meat to the cheese mixture and simmer uncovered until ready to serve.
