Goat Cheese & Roasted Red Pepper Crostini
8 oz. Goat cheese
1 bunch Green onions, minced
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Sauce
1 Baguette, sliced into 24 pieces
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake in oven until toasted, about 5 minutes.
Spread goat cheese on baguette slices and top with a dollop of Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Sauce
Garnish with green onion if desired.
