1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip
3 oz. Deli turkey breast, sliced
2 Tomato slices
3/4 cup Romaine, shredded
2 slices Italian bread or other sturdy bread
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
Divide Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip between each slice of bread. Top with turkey, tomato and lettuce. Close sandwich and brush both outer sides with olive oil. Place on a pre-heated Panini maker and toast until warm and golden brown.
