Lamb Sliders with Red Pepper Cumin Sauce

Ingredients
12 oz. Lamb, ground
1 Egg
1/4 cup Onion, minced
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2/3 cup Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
6-8 Slider buns

3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Red Pepper Dip
1/4 cup Cream
1 Tbsp. Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
Mix all lamb burger ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except vegetable oil. Form into 6-8 patties.
Heat oil in a sauté pan and fry lamb burgers for a few minutes on each side to brown or grill for 3 - 4 minutes per side instead of frying.
Finish cooking burgers in a 350 degrees F oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
In a separate smaller mixing bowl, mix together the Red Pepper Dip, cream and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve, place lamb burgers on a bun and spread a generous dollop of red pepper cumin sauce on top.
