Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) of the Product Sweepstakes (the “Product Giveaway”) carefully. By entering into the Product Giveaway, you are conclusively deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Official Rules. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

WHO CAN ENTER

1. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, a legal resident of Ohio or any other state of the United States in which product giveaways of this sort are not prohibited, and have lawful access to the Internet with a valid e-mail address at the time of entry to be eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Employees of Robert Rothschild Farm, LLC (“RRF”), the advertising and promotion agencies used by RRF and the immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter the Product Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  The Product Giveaway begins when posted on March 30, 2012, and all entries must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2012 (the “Submission Dates”). RRF is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered entries, or any entries not received within the Submission Dates.  

To enter, you must complete all of the following steps:

1. Read and click your acceptance of the Product Giveaway’s terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) located at www.robertrothschild.com (the “Product Giveaway Site”);

2. Fill in the official entry form that is located on the Product Giveaway Site with the correct information.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS

You and all entrants to the Product Giveaway agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, as described below, which are final on all matters pertaining to this Product Giveaway. If you win the Product Giveaway, you will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release within 10 days of winning. If you fail to do so, you may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in your place. If you breach any of the provisions of (a) the Official Rules, (b) the Terms and Conditions, or (c) the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, at any time you, will be obligated to return to RRF the entire value of the Prize (as defined below). In addition, RRF may pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies against you.

CONDUCT

RRF reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify you or any other person who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Product Giveaway or the Product Giveaway Site, violated these Official Rules or the Terms and Conditions of the Product Giveaway Site, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU OR ANY ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY PRODUCT GIVEAWAY SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THIS PRODUCT GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RRF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If, for any reason, the Product Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of RRF which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Product Giveaway, RRF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Product Giveaway.

SELECTION OF A WINNER

One winner will be randomly selected from entries received by the deadline.

The winner(s) will be notified by email sent to the email address submitted at the time of entry. 

To obtain a list of winners, write your name and complete address on a 3”x5” card and mail in a first class, stamped envelope to: Robert Rothschild Farm – Product Giveaway Winners, 3143 East U.S. Highway 36, Urbana, OH 43078, for receipt by May 18, 2012.

PRIZE

The winner of this Product Giveaway will be awarded a Tucan Farm Basket which includes one of each of the following items:  Spicy Tuscan Olive Spread, Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip, Olive Oil & Sea Salt Crackers, Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip, Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread, Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta Topping, Sweet & Spicy Red Pepper Hummus, Blue Cheese Dijon Mustard, Artichoke Pesto Topping, Pretzel Dippers and Pretzel Twists with a retail value of approximately $74.95, subject to the winner’s execution of and subsequent adherence to the Affidavit of Eligibility. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If you win this Product Giveaway, all taxes relating to the Prize will be exclusively your responsibility.

By entering, you release all advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies related to this Product Giveaway, RRF, and any and all of RRF’s parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
