Balsamic Roasted Chicken with Arugula and Tomato Salad
- 4 cups Chicken, cooked, cut into pieces
- 8 cups Arugula, about 4 oz.
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved, about 10 oz.
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese shavings
- Robert Rothschild Farm Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Top with Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese.
