- 1 clove Garlic, peeled, smashed
- 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Orange rind, grated
- 2 1/2-3 lbs. Tender spareribs, whole pieces
- 1/2 tsp. Candied ginger, finely cut
Mix garlic, ginger, Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce and orange rind together.
Rinse meat, drain and pat dry. Trim fat away. Do not separate ribs. Place meat in a shallow baking dish and spread with sauce, covering well.
Let stand in refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning in sauce 2 to 3 times. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
