Q: How can I tell if a product is all natural or kosher?
A: All of the products on the Robert Rothschild Farm website will state these attributes on their product detail pages. You can also use the "Shop All Foods By" drop down box at the top of the website to search for products specifically by "all natural" or "kosher" and other attributes.
Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: We are currently offering free shipping for all orders over $75, so start browsing and fill your cart! Free Shipping promotions only apply to Standard Ground shipping method.
Q: How do I sign up for email offers, and what are they?
A: Email offers are emails that come to your chosen email address, and contain valuable information like promotions, discounts, product information and recipes. To sign up for email offers, Click Here.
Q: How do I find a certain recipe?
A: You can search for recipes by the name of the recipe in the search box, or you can narrow your search by searching by flavor, occasion, course, cooking style or product. Click Here to go to the recipes page.
Q: Once a product has been opened, how long can I consume the product?
A: If the product is properly refrigerated, it will last approximately 3 months after opened.
Q: Can we come pick raspberries or visit the Cafe and Retail Store?
A: We no longer operate the pick-your-own berries business and our Cafe and Retail Store closed in 2009. However, our products can be purchased through a variety of retailers. Find the store nearest you by using our Store Locator or purchase on our website!
