Ingredients

1 8” – 10” Pizza Crust (Uncooked Refrigerated Or Homemade Preferred)
1 Jar Robert Rothschild Farm Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread
6-8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 cups Fresh Broccoli, blanched and chilled
4 oz. Crumbled Goat’s Cheese
2 Small Shallots, sliced thinly
1-3 Small Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly oil a baking pan with the extra virgin olive oil. Place the pizza crust onto the pan and coat evenly with the Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread. Evenly place the remaining ingredients in the order that they are listed above down to the garlic.  The garlic should be “sprinkled” lightly all over the pizza, but only use the desired amount—a little goes a long way in this application. Add the red pepper flakes. Place in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned and the crust has taken on a “hollow” sound and a lightly browned appearance. Remove the pizza from oven and drizzle lightly all over with extra virgin olive oil.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before slicing.
