FETTUCCINE WITH PEAS AND PARMESAN

VODKA PASTA SAUCE

Ingredients

1 lb.                  Fettucine, cooked as directed
1 Tbsp.             Olive oil
1/4 cup            Onions, chopped
2 cloves           Garlic, fresh, sliced
1/4 cup            Basil, fresh, chopped
1/4 cup            Italian parsley, fresh, chopped
1/2 jar              Robert Rothschild Farm Vodka Pasta Sauce
1 cup                Green peas, frozen
                         Salt & pepper, to taste
                         Parmesan, fresh & grated

Instructions

Heat pan on medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Sauté onions and garlic. Add basil and parsley. Add Vodka Pasta Sauce and heat. Run peas under cold water to thaw. Add to sauce. Heat and season with salt and pepper. Toss pasta with sauce. Add cheese and serve. Yield: 4 servings.
