HORSERADISH HATCH GREEN BEANS
Not your average sautéed green beans. Add our Hatch Chile Jalapeño Jam and Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip to fresh green beans for a touch of tangy spiciness to liven up any main course.

Ingredients3 - 4 cups Green beans, trimmed and snapped
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Chile Jalapeño Jam
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and water. Cover and allow to steam for about 5 minutes, until green beans are tender and water is gone (You many need to add more water). Add all ingredients to skillet, toss to coat, reduce heat to low and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
