GINGER WASABI SHRIMP STIR-FRY

Ingredients

1 lb. Shrimp, peeled & deveined 
3 Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. Broccoli florets
1/2 lb. Snow peas
1/4 - 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Ginger Wasabi Sauce
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Oil

 

Instructions

Warm wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat on stovetop. Swirl approximately 1 Tbsp. of oil around pan to coat. Add broccoli to pan and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add red bell peppers and continue stir-frying for another minute. Add carrots and stir-fry for an additional minute. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Whisk Ginger Wasabi Sauce, soy sauce, and garlic together. Add snow peas and sauce mixture to pan. Stir-fry to coat, heat through and serve over rice or noodles.
