Shrimp Tacos with Citrus Jalapeño Slaw

SHRIMP TACOS WITH CITRUS JALAPEñO SLAW

CITRUS CHARDONNAY SAUCE

Ingredients

1 lb.                 Shrimp, peeled and deveined
                        Citrus sea salt and black pepper                   
2 Tbsp.            Unsalted butter
2 cups             Cabbage, finely chopped
3 Tbsp.            Orange juice  
1                      Jalapeno, diced (with membrane but seeds removed)
1/3 bunch        Cilantro, minced
1/2 cup            Robert Rothschild Farm Citrus Chardonnay Sauce
                        Corn tortillas

 

Instructions         

In a large sauté pan, add butter to melt then add shrimp, a pinch of citrus infused sea salt, and a pinch of cracked pepper. Sauté until cooked. Then in a large bowl, mix cabbage, orange juice, jalapeños, cilantro and Citrus Chardonnay Sauce together. Lastly toast 2 tortillas in a warm skillet, place a few shrimp onto the tortilla and top with slaw.
