15-30 mini fillo shells
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce
6 oz. Smoked salmon, sliced
8 oz. Creme fraiche
Fresh dill 

 

Instructions

Fill mini fillo shells half way with creme fraiche. Top with Robert Rothschild Farm Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce. Add sliced salmon and garnish with fresh dill.
