TROPICAL GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN
An impressive meal our Tropical Pork Tenderloin could not be easier to prepare. The tropical sweet and spicy flavor of the pork tenderloin is form our Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip.
2 Pork tenderloins, trimmed
1 1/2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip
Kosher salt and pepper, to season
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub the pork with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill pork for 8 - 10 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning every 3 - 4 minutes. Let the pork rest, covered for 10 minutes. Slice and fan on a platter. Top with Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip. Serve with Basmati rice and grilled vegetables.
