Zesty Grilled Brats


4                      Brats, or any smoked sausage

4                      Hoagie or crusty French bread rolls

1 cup               Roasted red peppers, jarred, patted dry and chopped

1/2 jar              Robert Rothschild Farm Cilantro Jalapeño Mustard


Preheat grill. Heat sausages on grill, turning as needed, until hot. Open rolls slightly and place over grill to lightly toast for 1 - 2 minutes. To serve, place a sausage in each roll, top with roasted red peppers and Cilantro Jalapeño Mustard. Serve immediately.
