TEQUILA CHEESE BALL
A festive cheese ball featuring sour cream, cream cheese, cocktail shrimp, cheese and our Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce.
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce
1/2 cup Sour cream
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cocktail shrimp, minced
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Blend Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce, sour cream, and cream cheese. Add shrimp and cheddar cheese and form into a ball. Chill for about 1 hour. Keep chilled until ready to use. Can be made up to 48 hours ahead.
