Rhubarb Strawberry Butter



This light and creamy Rhubarb Strawberry butter makes a sweet hostess gift, party favor, or simply enjoy spread on your favorite breakfast toast for something extra special. 


 Serves: 16



2 sticks Butter, softened
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves
1/2 cup Frozen strawberries

Optional: 1-2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar



Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. Cover and chill until firm. Serve with mini croissants, English muffins, sweet breads, waffles, and more. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
