MAPLE BROWN SUGAR GLAZED CARROTS
1 lb. Baby carrots
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 – 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Maple Brown Sugar Ham Glaze
Black pepper, freshly ground
In a medium saucepan, fill 3/4 full with water and bring to a boil. Add salt and then carrots and cook until tender, 5 - 6 minutes. Drain the carrots and return to pan with butter and Maple Brown Sugar Ham Glaze. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with pepper.
