1 Premade pizza dough
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
1 D’Anjou pear, sliced thin
2 slices Prosciutto
1/2 cup Italian chicken sausage, cooked, diced
Rosemary, freshly minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated
Asiago cheese, shredded
Brush top surface of pizza dough with olive oil. Spread a layer of Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread on top of oil. Add some apples and pears. Add prosciutto, sausage, rosemary, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Asiago cheese. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
