TERIYAKI CHICKEN SALAD
1 Rotisserie chicken – picked apart and chopped
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce or Sriracha Teriyaki Organic Sauce
1/4 cup Cucumber, seedless, diced
1/2 cup Green onions, sliced
Whisk together the mayo and Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce. Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss together. Serve on toast points for canapés, in a sandwich or over lightly dressed greens for a salad.
