Penne Pasta with Citrus Cream Sauce

PENNE PASTA WITH CITRUS CREAM SAUCE

CITRUS CHARDONNAY SAUCE

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Penne pasta, cooked and lightly oiled
2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter                      
1 bunch Asparagus tips
1/2 medium Red onion, French-cut
1/3 cup White wine
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Citrus Chardonnay Sauce
1 cup Chicken, grilled and sliced

 

Instructions                     

Heat butter in a large sauté pan over high heat. Add asparagus and red onions; sauté for 1 minute. Add wine and orange juice, allow to simmer for 1 minute. Stir in cream and Citrus Chardonnay Sauce. Reduce sauce until desired thickness is reached. Serve over pasta, top with grilled chicken.
