Portabella & Roma Tomato Chicken

PORTABELLA & ROMA TOMATO CHICKEN

2 tsp.               Olive oil

1 lb.                 Chicken, skinless, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces

                        Salt & pepper, to taste

1 jar                 Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Portabella & Roma Tomato                                              Pasta Sauce

4 oz.                Cream cheese

1 cup               Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 lb.                 Pasta, prepared as directed

                        Parmesan cheese

 

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken, approximately 5 - 7 minutes until cooked. In a separate saucepan, heat Roasted Portabella & Roma Tomato Pasta Sauce and cream cheese, stirring to combine. Add to chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese until melted. Serve over your choice of pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
