TROPICAL BBQ KABOBS
2 lbs. Chicken, 1-inch cubed
1 cup Pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup Red and yellow bell peppers, cubed
1/2 cup Red onion, cubed
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce
InstructionsThread chicken, peppers, pineapple and onion alternately onto skewers. Reserve 1/4 cup of Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce; brush kabobs with remaining sauce. Refrigerate 1 hour. Heat grill to medium heat. Grill kabobs 12 – 15 minutes or until chicken is done, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved sauce.
