PEACH MANGO HABANERO GRILLED FLAT IRON STEAK
Marinate flat iron steaks in our Peach Mango Habanero Sauce and a homemade 4-ingredient spice rub overnight for juicy, sweet and spicy grilled steaks.
2 lbs. Flat iron steak, cut 1-inch thick
3 Tbsp. Thyme, fresh, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Pepper, ground
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Peach Mango Habanero Sauce
Combine rub ingredients and press evenly into steaks. Place steak into freezer bag and
pour Peach Mango Habanero Sauce into bag and marinate overnight or for at least two
hours. Preheat grill to medium heat and place steaks on grill. Grill to medium-rare doneness (145 degrees F) turning once.
