Vodka Pasta Soup


1 1/2 lbs.         Beef or turkey, ground
1 cup               Onion, chopped
1/2 cup each   Red pepper and green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can  Beef stock, reduced sodium
1 cup               Water
1 cup               Macaroni or other small pasta, uncooked
1 jar                 Robert Rothschild Farm Vodka Pasta Sauce


Brown ground beef or turkey, onion, and peppers. Pour in beef stock and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Return to a boil, and add pasta. Cook for about 8 minutes, or until pasta is cooked. Add Vodka Pasta Sauce and simmer for about 10 additional minutes.
