WEEKNIGHT ASIAN BEEF

GINGER WASABI TERIYAKI SAUCE

Ingredients

1 lb. Sirloin steak, boneless
2 tsp. Cooking oil
4 cups Broccoli florets
2 1/2 cups Sliced onion (about 1)
1 cup Carrot, thinly sliced
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce
6 cups Quick-cooking brown rice, cooked and hot

 

Instructions

Trim fat from steak. Cut beef diagonally across grain into very thin slices. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef; stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan; keep warm. Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil; add broccoli, onion, and carrot. Sauté 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return beef mixture to pan, and stir in Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce; sauté 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
